Transitional Housing Support
We also support and connect individuals to transitional housing opportunities for men seeking a fresh start after incarceration.
Life River Farms
Life River Farms Transitional Housing provides a structured, Christ-centered environment for men transitioning from incarceration into a new season of life.
Through accountability, discipleship, and practical life support, residents are given the opportunity to rebuild their lives with purpose, stability, and faith. This program emphasizes personal responsibility, spiritual growth, and preparation for successful reintegration into society.
Life River Farms exists to offer not just housing—but a pathway to lasting transformation.
